The complaint has been filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party in selling an used two wheeler which had been already sold been another person seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,00/- and 73,005/- with 12% interest from 08.08.2016 and Rs.30,000/- towards litigation expenses.
No representation for complainant. Opposite party present. inspite of sufficient opportunities given and also on giving information requesting to appear, the complainant failed to appear. Hence, we are of the view that no useful purpose will be arrived by keeping the complaint on file. Hence, complaint dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to cost.
This order has pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 27th May 2022.
