ORDER
PRONOUNCED BY THIRU. S. PANDIAN, PRESIDENT
District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thiruvallur District.
Complainant is called absent. No other representation. Opposite Party -1 to Opposite Party-3 represented by the counsel, and stated that this complainant did not turn up for past hearings. It is noted from adjudication that the complainant is not appeared for more than one year and her counsel also not come forward to take any steps to file the proof affidavit of the complainant as her evidence. In spite of sufficient time given, the complainant has not chosen to file her evidence and marking of the documents. It clearly shows her disinterest in the progress of the case. Therefore, there is no justification to proceed further without any progress.
Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default. No Costs.
