Perused the complaint, heard the Complainant in person.

After perusal of complaint, it is observed by the Commission that, the Complainant has not paid or promise to pay any consideration amount to the opposite party. The Complainant fails to satisfy the commission that,   how he is consumer of the opposite party.

Hence, is the opinion of this Commission, the Complainant is not Consumer, hence the complaint is not tenable before this Commission.

Therefore, the Complaint stands dismissed as the Complainant is not consumer.
