None is present for both the sides.  This Commission issued notice to both the sides on 03.04.2013 on the same address given in the appeal memo as the appeal received on transfer from State Commission, Mumbai.  No report about service of said notice is yet received.  We accept that notice has been duly served on both the parties as it is given on the same address given in the appeal memo.  Therefore, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default.  Appeal be recalled at 3.00 p.m.

 

The appeal is recalled at 3.35 p.m. today.  Presently also none is appeared for the appellant.

 

Hence, the appeal is dismissed in default.
