                                                            JUDGMENT

The facts of the complaint  in brief is that   the complainant  has deposited Rs.70,000/-  in different policies   of the opposite parties and he has also deposited some of his family members and friends money in the company of the opposite parties. The complainant is in touch with the companies and also visited the office several times and the O.P company has promised so many times to settle the matter but till now they are not doing anything. The people whose amount has been deposited in the company are threatening  to the complainant for refund of the amount. So the complainant is harassed mentally about his own money and the money invested  in the company.. Hence,  prayed  to direct the O.ps to  refund the deposited amount .Hence, this complaint. ence, H

 

Being noticed, the Opp.Party  did not  turned up to file written version and   as such the Opp.Party was set exparte and in absence of any written version from the opposite party we proceeded  the matter exparte and  believed  the contentions  as alleged   against the Opp.Parties and  hence, we passed the order and  dispose of the matter with the following directions.

                                                                     ORDER

                        The  opposite parties are  directed to  refund the   total deposited amount with 9 % interest  along with  compensation of  Rs.10,000/-  and cost of  litigation of Rs.500/- to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the O.Ps are liable to pay  penal  interest  @  12%  p.a. on the above awarded amount till  the date of payment.

                        Pronounced in open forum today on this           day of  August,2016 under the seal and signature of this forum.

                         A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements , be forwarded to the parties    free of charge.
