It reveals from order dt. 31.07.2023 relating to the instant MA that Ld. Advocate of OP 1/Complainant 1 undertook to file Vokalatnama on behalf of the rest of the Complainants/OPs.

In the above backdrop this Commissioner has no other alternative, but to taken up instant MA for hearing.

Heard the Ld. Advocate of Petitioner/OP at length.

Perused. Considered.

This Commission is of the view that the contents of Petitioner/OP bears merit and Kajol Roy appears to be one of the necessary party.

Accordingly, OPs/Complainants are required to take steps against Kajol Roy who is one of the necessary parties of his case.

With this observation the instant MA being no. 32/2023 is disposed of.
