ORDER

This revision petition is directed against an interim order of the State Commission, which reads as under :

“Heard.  Notice regarding condonation of delay be issued to the respondent for 19.11.2007.  Dasti as prayed for.  Prayer for interim stay in declined.”

Against the order of the District Forum, petitioner filed the appeal before the State Commission with an application to condone the delay.  State Commission issued Notice regarding condonation of delay.  No Notice in the appeal had been issued.  Prayer for interim stay was declined.

Normally speaking, we do not entertain the revision petitions against interim orders.  No Notice in the appeal had been issued.  Notice had been issued only on the application for condonation of delay.  Since Notice was being issued only on the application for condonation of delay, the State Commission did not grant the interim stay.

No ground to interfere is made out.  Dismissed.

Since much delay has already been cause, State Commission is requested to decide the application for condonation of delay within 15 days of the receipt of a copy of this order and, in case the delay is condoned, decide the appeal after Notice to the respondent, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 4 months of the service on the respondent.
