                    The parties have amicably settled matter. As per settlement the complainant has received two post dated cheques of Rs.1,70,000/- each towards full and final settlement of the case. In view of compromise the complainant has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the same.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  However, in case the cheques aforesaid are dishonored then the Ops shall be liable to pay additional amount of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant and the complainant would be at liberty to avail legal remedy available to him

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
