Heard Mr.Ramesh Shinde, Advocate for the appellant. 

Perused the order dated 07/06/2012 which in fact history recorded in the Roznama which says that appellant/org. opponent since remained absent in spite of notice, the matter to proceed further ex-parte.  This order does not dispose of the matter finally and as such, no appeal would lie under Section 15 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  The appeal is thus, misconceived, not admitted and stands disposed off.
