On scrutiny of the record, I find the territorial jurisdiction being under Police Station Ultadanga, the DCDRC, Kolkata Unit-I lacks territorial jurisdiction to try the case.

Let the entire case record of CC/14/2021 be immediately transferred to DCDRC, Kolkata Unit-IV for disposal.

Let the original record be sent to DCDRC, Kolkata Unit-IV in sealed cover through special messenger.

Both the parties are directed to appear before DCDRC, Kolkata Unit-IV on 28.09.2022 at 10.30 am.
