                Today the case was fixed for notice to the OPs.

                At the stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he has received the claim amount from the OP. He does not want to pursue the present complaint in further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
