                    This application has been filed by the applicant/HDFC for depositing the amount of Rs.22,045/- by way of demand draft bearing No.816527 dated 24.01.2019, in compliance of the order dated 09.01.2019 passed by this Commission in appeal bearing No.2 of 2019.

A/2/2019

                   Counsel for the respondent/complainant has filed affidavit of Sh.Vikasdeep Goyal, respondent/complainant making prayer that the appeal be disposed of in terms of compromise affected between the parties. The said affidavit is taken on record. Copy of the same has been supplied to the Counsel opposite.

                   In view of compromise made between the parties, the impugned order passed by the Forum stands modified and now the complaint stands disposed of. Compromise be treated as part of the order. For the sake of clarify, now the terms and conditions of the compromise be treated as effecting order and the same has been satisfied.

                   Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of.

                   In view of disposal of the appeal, the aforesaid application also stands disposed of, as the amount of Rs.22,045/-, which is short by Rs.910/- already deposited in the proper account/FDR, as is evident from order dated 20.03.2019 passed by this Commission in MA/157 of 2019.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
