This Execution Application has been filed by the petitioner/Decree Holder against the judgment debtor/opposite party for compliance of the order in CC.No.36/2019 dated 13.10.2022 failing which to issue warrant against the judgment debtors under section 72 of Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Memo of compromise submitted signed by both parties that the matter has been settled and entire decree amount received by Decree Holder.  Based on the said memo and representation made by both counsels, Execution Application terminated.  No cost.  Memo of compromise shall form part of this order.

This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on 18^th July 2024.
