Final Order / Judgement

Order No:  21                                                                                     Date:24/09/2024

This case record is taken up for consideration in the matter of passing order in respect of the petition filed by complainant for amendment of the complaint petition. This matter has been contested by O.ps. by filing W/O.

Complainant side today has filed an application supported by affidavit for withdrawing this case. Copy not served. However, it is sent by post to the O.ps. It appears that the complainant is voluntarily intending to withdraw this case. The O.ps. are not raising any objection in this matter.

As the complainant side voluntarily withdrawing this case, this District Commission has no reason to stand on the way in the matter of granting permission to the complainant for withdrawing this case.

So, it is accordingly,

o r d e r e d

that this complaint case be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn. No order is passed as to cost.

However, liberty is given to file this complaint case afresh on the self same cause of action after curing the defects.

Dictated & corrected by me.
