Order

 

        Ld. Counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the impugned order dt. 13.02.2015 passed by the Ld. District Forum II are set aside.

Vide impugned orders the appellant/OP was proceeded against ex-parte. Submission of the appellant/OP is that his counsel had to attend to his personal matter at Rajasthan High Court (Jaipur Bench) on the relevant date i.e. 13.02.2015. In support of his contention Ld. Counsel has placed on record the cause list of the Rajasthan High Court. In the circumstances and in view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, impugned order dt. 13.02.2015, are set aside. Appellant/OP to file his written version in the District Forum on the next date i.e. 22.05.2015. Parties to appear before the Ld. District Forum on 22.05.2015.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
