                      Both sides  are present and have filed one joint compromise petition in shape of an affidavit  stating that , during pendency of this case matter has been amicably settled in between the parties out of  the Court and the complainant received an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-  (Rupees One Lakh)only  from the Op with full satisfaction towards full and final settlement of the case .

        Therefore it is prayed by both parties to drop this case.

        Allowed. This case  is hereby dropped as matter has been amicably settled in between the parties.
