The case of the complainant in brief is that he approached          Lot  Jaypee Cement Ltd., as per the orders of    they being the

addressed a letter    Jaypee Cement Ltd.effect from 11.3.2004          They directed the complainant to take up the matter with the broker through whom he had purchased the shares in question. 

                      Equally there is no proof that   It is not known as to the action that was taken by the complainant, when he could know that those shares certificates were not registered in his name.
