            It appears that due to some technical defect the complainants are intending to withdraw the case and the prayer is to be allowed.

Hence,

          It is ordered that the complainants are permitted to withdraw the case with permission to sue afresh with costs of Rs.1,000/- payable to the O.Ps.

            Thus, this case is disposed of.
