Cost of Rs.3000/- (imposed on 30.05.2019) has not been deposited by the judgment debtors in the Consumer Legal Aid Account. Counsel for the judgment debtors is directed to deposit the same within seven days from today.

                   Today, in Court, Counsel for the judgment debtors has offered two cheques bearing Nos.998766 dated 10.06.2019 in the sum of Rs.5 lakhs & 998767 dated 10.06.2019 in the sum of Rs.2,23,000/- (totaling Rs.7,23,000/-) towards full and final settlement of all the claims raised by the decree holders. The aforesaid cheques  have been accepted by Sh.Navneet Jindal, Advocate Counsel for the decree holders on behalf of the decree holders, who are husband & wife against receipt, stating that no claim is left against the judgment debtors. Photocopies of the aforesaid cheques are retained on file.

                   We make it very clear that if on presentation the aforesaid cheques are dishonoured, a penalty of Rs.20,000/- for each defaulted cheque shall be deemed to have been imposed upon the judgment debtors.

                    In view of above, this execution application stands disposed of having been fully satisfied.

                   Any interim order passed shall also have no effect in future.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
