Order Below Exhibit 1

            The Complainant is absent. The advocate for the Complainant Mahesh & Co. is also absent.  The Complainant did not take step to serve Opposite Parties in spite of sufficient chances are granted to the Complainant.  The record shows that the Complainant is negligent to proceed with the complaint and the present complaint was dismissed by this Forum on 01/12/2010, the same was restored by the Hon’ble State Commission.  However, thereafter also the Complainant is not diligent in this complaint.  The complaint is therefore, dismissed for default of the Complainant with no order as to costs.
