Final Order / Judgement

 

             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and OP.

            Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this matter is related to  payment of compensation for Rs.99,00,000/- which is not pecuniary jurisdiction of the learned District Forum prior to commencement of the new Act.

             Learned counsel for the OP appearing on V.C. objected to such submission.

             In view of above submission, the revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Commission to hear the  matter on maintainability first and then decide the matter on merit within 45 days from the date of receipt of this order.

             Both parties are directed to appear before the learned District Commission and produce the copy of this order on 21.10.2021 to  take further instruction.

             The  revision petitions are disposed of accordingly.
