Appellant through Mr. Debasish De, the Ld. Advocate and Respondent through Mr. Aloke Mukhopadhyay, the Ld. Advocate are present.  The appeal when taken up the Ld. Advocates for both parties communicated the Bench that the parties have entered into a settlement and the terms have been reduced in writing and annexed to the application filed.  Accordingly on the prayer made by both sides, application which is signed by both parties and also singed by Ld. Advocate for both sides, is allowed and the appeal stands disposed of on the terms of settlement enclosed to the said application.
