Advocate for Complainant filed hazira. Advocate for O.P. No.1 to 4 filed hazira. No steps has been taken by the O.P. No.5. Heard the learned advocate for the O.Ps, who submitted that the Complainant in his pleading no where mentioned that for livelihood, the vehicle has been financed. Further he submitted that the Complainant is involved in commercial activities like transport business and he is not a ‘Consumer”. The Complainant obtained a no. of loan of commercial vehicles from Cholamandalam finance Co. perused the E. fees receipt which discloses that the Complainant is the owner of vehicle No. OD-15G-8145, OD-15L-0145 & other vehicles.

As the Complainant not solely depend on the income of the alleged vehicles in this complaint, accordingly the issue is taken preliminarily and the case is dismissed as the Complainant is not a consumer.
