In course of hearing the parties entered into a settlement and such settlement since recorded and fild before us be kept on record.  The appeal is thus disposed of by consent of all parties modifying the impugned judgement by substituting therein the terms agreed as recorded in the said document of compromise.   The document showing compromise filed today has been signed by the Appellant and Respondent No. 2 through their respective Ld. Advocates and Respondent No. 1 in person.  Let the said document form a part of this order.
