ORDER

Complaint has to be partly allowed.We therefore direct theOPs to execute deed of sale in respect of the property bearing survey under chalta No.70 of PT Sheet no.92 admeasuring 618.50sq.mts situated at Vasco da gama in favour of the Complainant. The OP1 shall refund to the Complainant balance amount of Rs. 72,585/- with 95% interest p.a from the date 06/08/2005 till its realization. The OP1 to hand over to the Complainant all the original approved construction plan,RCC design, development permission,completion certificate from Planning and Development Authority,Constrution Licence and occupancy certificate from the Mormugao Municipal Council pertaining to the said building constructed on the property bearing chalta No.70 of P.T Sheet No.92 at Vasco da gama and No objection certificate from fire and Emergency Services, Government of Goa for the said building, and cost of Rs.25,000/-
