Ld. Advocate for the petitioners/opposite parties submits that inadvertently the reply to the questionnaire has been filed by the opposite parties on 19/10/2022, which was not supported by affidavit.

Such mistake was completely unintentionally and the opposite parties pray to submit reply to the questionnaire on affidavit.

It appears from the record that reply  has been submitted by the opposite parties to the questionnaire of the complainant on 19/10/2022. As the same was not considered as evidence in the case.

Considering the same the prayer for submitting reply by the opposite parties to the questionnaire of the complainant in CC/222/2021 on affidavit is allowed on contest but without any cost.

Thus, Misc. Application is disposed of.

Opposite parties are directed to submit reply to the questionnaire in CC/222/2021 on 23/11/2022.
