ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, complainant has stated that he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action before the competent court/authority. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action before the competent court/authority, subject to law of limitation.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
