The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant/O.P. is present through the Ld. Advocate.  I.A. No. 3 of 2017 is taken up for hearing.  By filing this application, the Applicant/O.P. has prayed for an amendment to the effect that in the Transfer Application, the name of the parties in the Cause Title have been inadvertently reversely typed and prayed for correction of the said mistake.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, it appears that such mistake cannot be rectified as per court procedure and hence the prayer for reversal of the parties in the Transfer Application is not accepted. Applicant prays withdrawal of the Transfer Application which is allowed.  I.A. is disposed of.  Transfer Application being withdrawn is also disposed of.
