          The Judgement Debtor and Decree Holder both are present. Heard in full. During hearing it reveals in Judgement that “Simultaneously the Complainant is directed to make payment to the OP as per verbal agreement and co-operate the OP in the matter of balance payment, if any “. This order speaks two meanings as per Decree Holder the word “if any” means no payment is due, as per Judgement Debtor “if any” means some payment has to be made by the Decree Holder. At the time of hearing this question arises before this Forum and remained unsettled.Considering the submission of both parties, Forum make a proposal before parties that Complainant/Decree Holder will make payment of 50% of claim amount and Judgement Debtor will complete the work as soon as possible. But both the parties disagree with this proposal of Forum. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Decree Holder submits verbally before this Forum that the Execution Case be disposed of without any order.

              Hence, this Execution Case is disposed off without any order.
