Ld. Advocates for the parties are present.  The Misc. Application bearing No. MA-379/2012 is taken up for hearing.  Ld. Advocate for the Respondent herein submits that the decretal amount has been full paid.  Ld. Advocate for the Appellant under the circumstances submits that the Appellant herein may be permitted to withdraw the Appeal.  Since the decretal amount has been paid in full, the Appeal has become infructuous and accordingly, stands disposed of.  The Misc. Application bearing No. MA-379/2012 is thus disposed of.
