                        ORDER

 

1.        The case was taken up in the Lok Adalat. Sh.Sandeep Bhardwaj, Advocate for Complainants/DHs alongwith complainants has appeared and made statement for withdrawal of the execution applicaton, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Sandeep Bhardwaj, Advocate for complainants/decree holders along with complainants.

 

The complainants have received settlement amounts from OP towards their full & final satisfaction and therefore, they do not want to pursue this execution application further.  Affidavits of complainants in this respect are being enclosed.  So, the execution application may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.” 

 

2.        In view of the statement given by counsel alongwith complainants, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
