Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Complainant is found absent when this matter is taken up for consideration at 11:45 am. On call nobody appears for the complainant.

Ld. Advocate for the op nos. 1, 2 and 4 is found present and pointed out that they already have filed their W/V.

Op no. 3 is also absent.

No steps has been taken even at the above noted point of time.

It appears from the case record that the complainant  has neither filed any TR nor filed any copy of S/R in respect of op no. 3.

In other words, it can be said that the complainant is not carrying put the direction passed by this District Commission.

Under this position it is crystal clear that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

In view of such position this District Commission has no other alternative but to dismiss this case for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

In the result it is accordingly

ordered

that the complaint case being no. 150 of 2024 be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
