Perusal of record reveals that vide order dated 05.07.2022, the appellant was directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon respondent on correct address, within two weeks’.

According to office report dated 03.03.2023, steps for service of notice upon respondent have not been taken by the appellant.

On the previous date also, i.e., 23.01.2023, none was present on behalf of either of the parties and following order was passed by this Commission:

“Case is called out.

None is present on behalf of either of the parties.

In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided.

Put up on 03.03.2023 for hearing.”

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today and no adjournment application has also been moved on behalf of the appellant.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.

Let the record be consigned.
