OP filed their version on 22.03.2016 and thereafter the complainant was called upon to submit her evidence by way of affidavit.  The complainant has remained absent since 29.02.2016 without assigning any reasons.  Today also the complainant remained absent and failed to file her affidavit evidence.  Despite giving sufficient time and opportunity the complainant failed to submit her evidence by way of affidavit and prosecute the complaint.  It appears that the complainant has no interest in prosecuting the complaint.  Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
