Complainant/Respondent No.1 has filed this Review Application seeking review of the order dated 17.02.11 of this Commission by which the Revision Petition No. 2512 of 2008 filed by the Petitioners was allowed and the complaint was ordered to be dismissed by observing as under:-

“        Counsel appearing for the complainant/ respondent No.1 fairly concedes that the relief claimed by the complainant in the present complaint is the same which had been sought by him from the High Court.  On an option given to the complainant/R-1, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant/R-1 after taking instructions from the complainant who is present in Court states that he would like to pursue his remedy before the High Court and the present complaint filed by him be dismissed without prejudice to his rights before the High Court. “

An order can be reviewed only if there is a mistake apparent on the face of the record.  We have passed the above order on the statement made by the Counsel for the complainant/ Respondent No.1 after taking instructions from the Complainant who was present in the court. We do not find any mistake apparent on the face of the record. No ground for review is made out.  Dismissed.
