ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- paid towards the Part-Payment together with the accrued interest at the rate of 12% p.a. since the date of Sale Agreement to till the date of realization, to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for stress, worries, loss of a peace of mind and life, mental agony, negligence of service and deficiency in service suffered by the complainant from 28.04.2017 to till date, to pay a sum of Rs.98,360/- towards transportation charges  and to pay the cost of the complaint.

 

Both complainant and opposite party Counsel present and filed Joint Compromise Memo duly signed by both parties is recorded.  In view of the Joint Compromise Memo, this case is dismissed as settled out of Court.
