ORDER

                      With the efforts of the Lok Adalat the parties have amicably settled the matter.   The counsel for Ops No. 1 to 3 has stated that as per settlement some payment has already been made to the complainant and today he has paid remaining amount by handing over a cheque of Rs.1,56,750/- to the complainant, which  has been duly received by him.  Copy retained on file.  In view of the settlement the complainant has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  However, in case the cheque handed over today to the complainant is dishonoured on presentation  then the OPs No. 1 to 3 shall be  liable to pay penalty amount of Rs.5000/- to the complainant and the complainant would be at liberty to avail the legal remedy available to him under the provision of law.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
