          The Ld. Advocate for the OP and the Complainant in person are present.

          The Complainant submitted that two cheques were issued by the OP; one for Rs.16,30,502/- bearing no. 121133 dt. 24.04.2023 and another cheque for the same amount bearing no. 121131 dt. 24.04.2023, both drawn on Yes Bank.

          The Ld. Advocate for the OP submitted that original agreement for sale and original money receipt have been handed over to the party concerned.

          So, it appears that property in question is free from all encumbrances and the OP is at liberty to sell the same. This Order is passed on consent of both sides.

          The case is disposed of accordingly.
