                Parties are present. Ld. Advocate for the J.Dr. submitted that they are willing to comply the order of this Forum. No objection raises on the part of the D.Hr that effective date of interest is not complied by the J.Dr.

              We have considered that he case, as a whole together with this specific prayer made in the petition of the Complaint and accordingly the order dated 30/05/2014  has been passed inconsonance with the specific prayer made in the petition of the complaint.  So on the point of relief claimed for we have no further option to go beyond to perri ferri of the specific prayer. Since the prayer in satisfactory interest claimed we suggest for compliance thereof regarding the payment of interest should be on the date of filing of this case.

              The satisfactory interest shall operate with effect from 12/03/2013 till payment .

                                                                        that the execution case be and the same is disposed of on contest without cost.
