THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to refund the installment due paid by the complainant and also to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and Rs.5,00,000/- towards compensation for fraudulent sale and to pay cost of the complaint.

 

         Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  The complainant counsel also called absent.  Hence proof affidavit of complainant is closed and this complaint is dismissed for default.  No costs.
