ORDER
We partly allow the complaint. The Opposite Parties are hereby directed to execute the Deed of Sale of the said flat No S-2 admeasuring 70.00 sq.mts on the second floor of the building constructed in the Plot No.13 of the property known as ‘Chondrowado’, situated at Fatorda and surveyed under chalta no. 30, 31 and 32 of P.T. Sheet no.26 and chalta no. 29 of P.T. Sheet No.11 in favour of the Complainant within thirty days from the date of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 shall pay cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the Complainant within thirty days from the date of order, failing which the cost shall bear interest @ 9% per annum.
