Complainant Is Present Along With Ld. Recorded Lawyer Sri Debes Haldar. Ld. Lawyer Sri Dilip Ghosh For O.P. Nos.1,2,3 And 4, Promoter Is Also Present. Ld. Lawyer Sri Nilratan Roy For Proforma O.P. Nos.5 And 6, Land Lord Is Present. Ld. Lawyer For O.P. Nos.1,2,3,4 Has Submitted By Filing Petition And Copy Of Document That NOC From KMC Showing Upto Date Payment I.E. NOC And Also Submitted That Execution Of Deed Of Conveyance Has Been Duly Executed  And Has Filed Copy Of IGR. All The Parties To This Case Referred To Above Have Submitted That Matter Has Been Shorted Out In The Proper Spirit Of The Case Neither Parties Has Got Any Allegation Against Anybody. O.P. No.6 Is An Aged Widow Person And It Has Been Reported By Ld. Lawyer With A Letter That She Was Taken To Police Station For Some Reasons And/Or Others.

Be That As It May, Recall All The W.A. Issued By This Forum At Once. Complainant Must Pay Rs.500/- To O.P. No.6 Viz. Smt. Anima Ghosh For Harassment Cause To Her For Some Reasons And/Or Others On Humanitarian Ground In Cash Within The Course Of This Day Without Fail. At This Stage, Cost Of Rs.500/- Has Already Been Paid By Complainant In Open Forum.

In View Of The Above Position, The Instant Case Stands Disposed Of On Full Satisfaction.
