ORDER NO. 16

The Misc. Application bearing No. MA/888/2015 is taken up for hearing.  In the form of the said Misc. Application the the Appellant has stated by swearing an affidavit that the decretal amount has been released through Pay Draft bearing No. 535169 dated 5.3.2015 amounting to Rs. 2,26,500/- towards full and final settlement of the decree and the same has been encashed by the Respondents on 23.4.2015, indicating thereby that  the order of the Hon’ble National Commission has been fully complied with.   Having heard the Ld. Advocate for the Appellant and on perusal of the papers on record we allow the Misc. Application.  The Appellant is at liberty to withdraw the statutory deposit made at the time of filing the Appeal.  The Appellant may approach the Registrar of this Commission for the purpose.  The Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
