As two Misc. Application being Nos. 60/2016 & 61/2016 are allowed on contest without any cost whereby it is decided that the instant Consumer Complaint being no. 162/2014 cannot be maintainable before this ld. Forum as the complainant cannot be termed as consumer because he purchased the disputed machine for commercial purpose in view of the C.P. Act, 1986. Therefore, the complaint is also dismissed on contest without any cost being not maintainable. Hence, it is
