Today is fixed for S/R and appearance.

But no report as to the notice issued from the Commission has been received so far.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant present files an application for amendment of complaint which is registered as MA/93/2021.

Mr. Suvankar Sanyal, Ld. Advocate of the complainant files fresh Vakalatnama.

The amendment of complaint sought for appears to be clerical in nature. There is no need to extend the scope of being heard to the other side for disposal of such an application for amendment.

The MA/94/2021 is allowed. The Ld. Advocate files amended complaint.

The Ld. Advocate of the complainant is directed to put in fresh requisites within 7 days hence for issue of notice to the Ops fixing 29.03.2022 for their appearance and asking them to file W/V within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice.

The office is directed to render necessary assistance to the Ld. Advocate of the complainant.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
