The Ld. Counsel for the Complainant is present.

Today is fixed for hearing argument on the point of admissibility.

At the time of admission hearing it is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant that at the time of preparation of the petition of complaint due to inadvertance, some error has been cropped up and due to which the petition of complaint cannot be properly adjudicated upon. For this reason the Ld. Counsel for the complainant is inclined to withdraw this complaint subject to liberty to file afresh. Accordingly the Complainant is inclined to put endorsement as ‘Not Pressed’ on the margin of the petition of complaint.

Hence it is ordered that CC/197/2022 is hereby dismissed as ‘Not Pressed’.

However, the Complainant has prayed for liberty to file afresh after removing the defects before this Ld. Commission and hence the prayer of the Complainant is hereby allowed.  The Complainant is at liberty to file afresh after removal of the said defect, if not barred otherwise.

The Complainant is also at liberty to get return the copy of the complaint and other related documents from the office of this Ld. Commission by filing separate application to the Register-in-Charge of this Ld. Commission. The Register-in-Charge of this Ld. Commission is hereby directed to take proper step upon receipt of the application from the end of the Complainant, so that the Complainant can get return of the above mentioned without any further delay.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the Complainant as per the CPR.
