ORDER

At the time of arguments, it is stated that the parties have settled the issue and in view of that, Sh.Navdeep Singh Nayyar, respondent No.1/complainant wishes to withdraw his complaint bearing No.187 of 2016 filed before District Forum-II, UT, Chandigarh.

                   In view of above,  the aforesaid complaint bearing No.187 of 2016 stands dismissed as withdrawn and in consequent thereto, the impugned order dated 29.11.2016 passed by the Forum in the aforesaid complaint, is set aside. Consequently, this appeal also stands disposed of, having been rendered infructuous.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
