This is a consent term submitted in A/08/1519 arising from consumer complaint no.112/07 decided by Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Pune.  Mr.Nandu Bala Jadhav-original complainant is present.  He states that matter is settled.  Appellant has also signed the consent terms.  Their advocates also have signed it.  Under these circumstances, we find that consent terms are voluntarily entered into between the parties.  Appeal stands disposed of in terms of consent terms.  If any part of the order is required to be executed, respondent/org.complainant is at liberty to execute the said part under section 25 or 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Appeal stands disposed of. Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
