          This appeal coming up before us on 10.02.2022 for steps to bring the Legal Heirs of the Revision Respondent / Petitioner / Complainant  and this Commission made the following Order in open court:

No representation for both parties. This Revision Petition is posted today for appearance of the Revision Petitioner/ Respondent/Opposite party and for taking steps to bring the Legal Heirs of Revision Respondent/Petitioner/Complainant or for dismissal. 

When the matter was called at 11.05 A.M., the Revision Petitioner/ Respondent/Opposite party was not present.  Hence, passed over and  called again at 11.50 A.M., then also, the Revision Petitioner/ Respondent/Opposite party has not appeared.  Hence keeping the Revision Petition  pending is of no use as the Revision Petitioner/ Respondent/Opposite party is not interested in prosecuting the case.

Hence, the Revision Petition is dismissed for default.  No order as to costs.
