Complainant and O.P. Nos. 1 and 2 are present through their Ld. Advocates.  Misc. Application bearing No. 513/2016 is taken up for hearing.  At this stage, the Ld. Advocate for the O.P. Nos. 1 & 2/Misc. Applicants wants to withdraw the Misc. Application as the same is not in the proper form and prayed for liberty to file it afresh on the same cause of action.  Having heard the Ld. Advocates and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow the prayer for withdrawal of the Misc. Application.  The Misc. Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file the same on the same cause of action.  Fix 15.09.2017 for filing evidence on affidavit by the Complainant as a last chance.
